Щороку, у грудні, перед Різдвом, чемна малеча різного віку шукає під подушкою подарунки від Святого Миколая.
Саме напередодні свята цього року, здобувачі освіти 2 курсу міжнародного факультету, 31 групи з англомовною формою навчання за ОПП «Медицина», разом із викладачкою Рудь Марією та доценткою Вільховою Оленою кафедри гістології, цитології та ембріології провели невелике культурно-історичне дослідження на тему: «Святий Миколай та Санта Клаус. Людина. Святий. Міф». Здобувачам було цікаво ознайомитися з історичними джерелами та художнім осмисленням подій із життя цього всесвітньо відомого святого. А також дізнатися про історію святкування та українські традиції одного з найулюбленіших дитячих свят.
Every year in December, before Christmas, polite children of all ages look under their pillows for gifts from St Nicholas.
On the eve of this year’s holiday, the second year students of the International Faculty, 31 groups with the English language form of study EPP “Medicine”, together with lecturer Mariia Rud and Associate Professor Olena Vilkhova, Department of Histology, Cytology and Embryology, conducted a small cultural and historical survey on the topic: "St Nicholas and Santa Claus. Man. Saint. Myth". The students were interested in historical sources and artistic interpretations of events from the life of this world-famous saint. They also learned about the history and Ukrainian traditions of one of the most popular children's holidays.
